Steve Smith and David Warner returned to the Australian team

Cricket Australia has also declared the World Cup squad for the defending champions because the cut off date for squad announcements nears. the most important news here is that the come back of Steve Smith and David Warner, who were banned for a year following ball-tampering charges at the Newlands.

The announcement for the 15-man squad came too soon Mon. Some of the surprise exclusions include Josh Hazlewood, Peter Handscomb, Kane Richardson and Ashton Turner but, as they'd to form a method for the likes of David Warner, Steve Smith, Mitchell Starc and Jhye Richardson.

Adam Zampa and Nathan Lyon have been preserved because the 2 main spinners whereas Mitchell Starc, Jason Behrendorff, Nathan Coulter-Nile, and Jhye Richardson can perform the fast-bowling duties.
